Abstract
This paper points out some factors which make complex an inclusive health-care planning as the growth of Asd diagnosis, continual permutations inside diagnostic tools as to Dsm-IV-Tr pathology, Dsm-V, contradictory segregation and stigmatization feelings surrounding autism. This emphasis proposes not only to remove of that autism cofactors through a development of diagnostic, care and restoration processes, but also to recognize the centrality of concepts as accountability, agency, civil society, social capital, web of relationships, general condition for an adequate social empowerment.
