Abstract

The article investigates how the history of the terrorism is learned in Italian schools. The sources are above all the products presented in the Tracce di memoria competition, launched since 2015 by the «Rete degli archivi per non dimenticare» and promoted by Ministry of Public Education. The re-elaboration of the pupils is analyzed on the basis of the relathionship with: the historiographical results, the incidence of memory policies, the dates of the civil calendar (for example, May 9th), didactic and communication methods
