Abstract

In this second part of this article the most divisive points addressed in the constituent phase of 1948 and the merits and limitations of the evolution of regionalism in Spain are underlined. Finally, the lack of integration of the independence movements and the explosion of Basque and Catalan nationalism is analysed.
