Abstract

The paper analyses the relationship between artificial intelligence systems and justice. Regarded, the latter, both as judicial power and as a value, ideal, there is no doubt how it can be influenced by the application of the former. Indeed, the choices that underlie building social models of justice are never neutral. Jurists, aware of this, need to face up to the implications and perspectives that may arise from the use of artificial intelligence in the construction of a model of justice.
