Abstract
The contribution traces 25 years of doctrinal reflections developed by the DPCE Journals on the US legal system in the light of three macro-themes: the form of government, the form of state (federalism) and the protection of fundamental rights. The contribution aims to reflect on the contribution of the doctrine developed in the Journals to the study of American law, especially in light of the most recent phenomena of polarisation and institutional conflict.
