Abstract

This paper deal with the issue of mobility and the idea that the right of mobility includes various situations of freedom, immunity and entitlement. Firstly the article states that mobility is a new right allowing access to transport services so that every European citizen can move freely between member States. Secondly the article affirms that mobility is a concept on the basis of which the EU affirms principles of freedom and entitlement in different areas, e.g. transnational health care, movement of students and teachers. Finally the paper claims that mobility supports the EU's aim of affirming freedom of movement across all integration policies.
