Abstract

The article aims at proposing an analysis of the main constitutional profiles of AI. The article deals with big data, privacy and consent, profiling, democratic pluralism and equality, giving a number of actual examples for each principle. The Author claims that the main issue of AI is the "decision paradigm", linked, for instance, to the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing.
