Abstract
Starting from a classic configuration of rights, drawn with attention to the historical path of constitutionalism, the Author examines the notion of "environmental sustainability" and some of its developments, as the Author considers it as an essential condition for the development and as a premise that allows us to determine the framework and the necessary conditions to ensure the "right to food". In the text, the Author also examines the contents and the limits of this concept. In its opinion, this report is also significant not only for the present generation but also for guaranteeing the rights of the future ones.
