Abstract
This article gives an overview about the Estonian i-voting system. This voting system has been allowed in Estonia since 2005 in all types of public election. Paper discusses how the concept not e-voting system is designed to resist of the main challenges of i-voting: reliable remote authentication, assurance of privacy of voters, and control mechanism preventing from any kind of manipulation are in place.
