Abstract
The author faces the complex analysis of democratic participation in France. In this jurisdiction important reforms have revolutionized the right of participation with new procedures: from public consultations to co-écriture citoyenne. The author examines the guarantees recognized to citizens, the way in which institutions use digital in the participatory procedures, in order to analyze how it can solve the problems associated with the democratic participation.
