Abstract

A children’s philosophy workshop can be a great place to talk about emotions: joy, sadness, anger, calmness. There are many different emotions that fill our hearts, and not all of them have the same shape or occupy the same space. Understanding our emotions, however, is essential to know ourselves and understanding that there is nothing wrong with what we feel, even if it is different from what others may feel.
