Abstract

In the first part of this article, the concept of intercultural philosophy is clarified in a summary way, as a philosophy that, aware of its historical responsibility, takes charge of the fact that good social and cultural coexistence represents today one of the most urgent challenges for contemporary societies in our globalized world. Consequently, the second part of this article focuses on the presentation of some perspectives that delineate how intercultural philosophy might contribute to a better human coexistence, highlighting the importance of an affective change.
