Abstract
The aim of the study is to analyse recent trends in competition among food service industry, grocery producers and retailers in the out of home consumption arena. As the competition among these players has incresead in recent years, the paper moves on to explore intertype competition and try to demonstrate how to develop a partnership between market players aiming to create value for consumers.
