Abstract
Addressing the problem of intergenerational justice has become one of the most pressing ethico-legal issues in the current years. This is also because of its immediate adherence with pivotal questions such as the one regarding environmental ethics. In this short introduction some of the main contextual traits of such a problem are drawn and the attendant conceptual stakes are outlined
