Abstract
The multidisciplinary nature of Cicero´s doctrine allows different readings of the same material (specialized or comparative), depending on the approach one uses to analyse his work. The present study aims to examine but one of these multiple dimensions – perhaps one of the least familiar of his extensive bibliography – yet also one of the most suggestive and original from thematic point of view due to it combining the two disciplines to which Cicero most dedicated himself: Legal and Political Philosophy
