Abstract

The work shows that the EU legal system lacks a common and harmonized system for identifying vulnerability. Two further issues are then highlighted in the text: the first concerns the relationship between identifying vulnerability and assessing the conditions for international protection, the second relates to the excessive “subjectivityµ that characterizes the probative regime analyzed.
