Abstract

Joseph Raz has been and remains one of the most influential legal philosophers of the past century. The purpose of this focus is not merely to pay tribute to a giant of the discipline or to emphasize the significance of his work. Rather, the essays included in the focus aim to continue the research tradition that has greatly benefited from Raz’s ideas and that these ideas continue to inspire.
