Abstract

In the global market, financial power rules on real economy as well as on legal activities. The consequence is a link between financial nihilism and legal nihilism. Both kinds of nihilism are different from an absolute nihilism, because men can think neither of an absolute being nor of an absolute nothing, but they can just affirm or refuse a specific trait of being. Financial nihilism denies the relation between finance and real economy; legal nihilism denies the relation between law and justice. But to refuse a feature of being is like refusing the unity of self and the question of meaning. Only an undividable consciousness can put the question of justice beyond the law, and the question of social rights beyond the financial rules.
