Abstract

The essay looks at some of the aspects which characterise biolaw, not so much from an external point of view, which has life sciences and the protection of health as its generic objective. Rather from an internal viewpoint by virtue of the fact that it imposes a different vision of law and reality, dissolving the customary models of legal reasoning and changing the way in which rules are formulated and legitimized. The essay deals with these points in particular: a) Ethical Connotations; b) Prevalent Judicial Training; c) Juridification; d) "Extra-Parliamentary" Aspects; e) Economic Influences.
