Public health systems faces challenging transformations primarily due to the multietnicity of contemporary societies who stress the weakness of biomedical paradigm. Nevertheless, I suggest to combine the legal science best acquisition to a socio-anthropological perspective, outlining a reasonable and effective right to health inspired at the concept of global health.
