Abstract

Public health systems faces challenging transformations primarily due to the multietnicity of contemporary societies who stress the weakness of biomedical paradigm. Moreover the financial crisis opened a black hole in the constitutional guarantee of right to health discriminating disadvantaged groups and exacerbating health inequalities. At the same time a new paradigm of care advance in close relation with genomics and technological implementation. Nevertheless, I suggest to combine the legal science best acquisition to a socio-anthropological perspective, outlining a reasonable and effective right to health inspired at the concept of global health.
