Abstract
Going back to law means putting an end to a "state-centric" approach; it also means restoring society and its pluralistic structure to its primary role in producing legal orders. From this perspective, the basic notions and concepts in the legal tradition - starting from that of a constitution - regain their social and historical origins. They are all set free from the modern domination of sovereignty and "legicentrism".
