Abstract
After a brief presentation of the key concepts concerning the legal-philosophical debate on vulnerability, the Author will address the issue of the relationship between vulnerability and disability focusing on the notion of legal capacity. In particular, she will consider the discriminatory effects played by legal capacity towards two "missing" subjectivities who become "visible" only through an intersectional approach: the one of women with disabilities, and the one of migrants with disabilities.
