The EU ETS Between Private Regulatory Law and Informational Decentralization
Abstract
Starting from a synthetic reconstruction of the mechanisms that govern the functioning of the EU ETS, this paper tries to identify the main problems and the possible benefits linked to the implementation of technologies based on information decentralization. The logical path that leads to these consideration takes its cue from a teleological perspective and it analyses the advantages through a technical and legal point of view.
