Abstract
Starting from a review of the most recent judgments of the Court of Justice, the essay questions the notion of national secondary law, understood as a set of legislative provisions or as inclusive also of the principles of law elaborated by the national Supreme Courts. Analysing the various judgments of the Court of Luxembourg, we can see that the conformity check can also be performed on the interpretation of national law.
