Abstract
The paper aims to analyze the implementation in the Third Sector Code of the principles contained in the delegated law, being aware that the evaluation of the full assessment of the reform requires to wait for its concrete application. The overall layout of the Code seems to confirm the impression that the reform is designed mainly for medium-large sized entities that carry out economic activities. In this perspective, some particularly relevant issues of the reform are examined, trying to grasp the problematic nature: the lack of the reform of Book I of the Civil Code; the relationships between third sector entities and public administration; the control system provided for in the Code.
