Abstract

The following study aims to review the monograph by Maria Barela Il potere apparente. Uno studio sulle associazioni non riconosciute (Milano, 2019). The work analyzes the role and powers of people who act for and on behalf of an association with no legal personality, and it also focuses on examining what happens when he who is acting in its interest is a subject who presents himself as its representative without being invested with such power (the so-called falsus procurator). This paper highlights the merits of the work, especially the need for legal certainty and the authority of the written law that the author Maria Barela sets at the basis of her interesting study.
