Abstract

This article asks to what degree the European Union project can be considered as a «eutopian» project in the sense of being an ideal good place in which substantial pre-existing problems have been solved with the result of a relevant modification of behaviour for the better. Following an historical review of such approaches a number of contemporary issues are also examined
