Abstract
Two small epigraphic fragments of a tabula aenea were discovered in Conimbriga (Condeixa-a- Velha, Condeixa-a-Nova, Portugal) more than half a century ago. But they have been practically ignored by research for decades. In these pages, we offer a formal, palaeographic and textual study of these testimonies, and we try to prove if they are really part of a lex municipii from the Flavian period, such as those found in other Hispanic regions (mainly in the province of Baetica).
