Abstract
The essay starts reviewing the recent publication of the proceedings of a conference dedicated to the figure of Marco Lamberti: Marco Lamberti e la cultura libertina fra Cinque e Seicento. [Atti del Seminario di Roma, 18 dicembre 2020], a cura di G. Crimi, Roma, Edizioni Efesto, 2021. After presenting the essays contained in the publication, the article suggests some possible interpretations of Lamberti’s literary production and proposes the text of some as yet unpublished poems of this Tuscan author placing them in their peculiar cultural context.
