Abstract
The article illustrates the christological foundation of fraternity: Jesus the Christ is the only begotten Son of God, but also the firstborn of many brothers, associated with his resurrection and therefore saved from death, which is inevitable for those who live the human condition. This christology has a proexistential stamp and allows us to think and practice fraternity in a samaritan style, according to the evangelical teaching of the Master of Nazareth. The humanism of care and compassion becomes so important.
