Abstract

The article deals with the specific case of associations that have the dual qualification of third sector organizations and amateur sports associations. After an examination of the relevant regulations, aimed at highlighting their nature as regulations aimed at the qualification of legal entities, the article focuses on the compatibility between the requirements necessary for the dual registration of an entity in the third sector register (RUNTS) and in the register of amateur sports activities (RASD), as well as on the overall legal regime of organizations registered in both registers, with particular reference to the issue of the legal personality.
