Abstract
This study aims to explore the political centrality that Chilean experience had in Italy during the 1970s, through the analysis of some independent art exhibitions that emerged in the name of international solidarity with the struggle against dictatorship. In light of the intellectual, political, and cultural issues specific to the Cold War, this contribution intends to reveal salient aspects that enrich the political history of the art of both countries from the perspective of transnational and connected history
