Abstract
This study discusses the relationship between “normalityµ and “normativityµ of law as a problem in the current unprecedented climate and ecosystem emergency. Indeed, this emergency imposes an “Endgameµ on time, but time has always been considered a factor of self-preservation of legal orders, in the exclusive availability of the human will. This human presumption is now no longer suitable for saving the planet and human coexistence
