Abstract
The juridical system is an artificial organization of elements, following a certain idea. It is conceived to settle conflicts, in order to identify the solution that is most consistent with that original idea. On a juridical perspective, the logical coherence of the system is perceived as necessary to guarantee non-arbitrary decisions. This work aims at verifying this thesis, through a diachronic analysis of certain historical models of juridical systems, taking into account the systemic approach.
