Abstract
Charisma is an extraordinary quality that is attributed to a person. Max Weber introduces the concept of charisma in social psychology. Freud’s insight into the unknown mystical component of the charismatic factor leads us to use recent studies on attachment and mirror neurons to understand a fundamental factor in all care relationships
