Abstract
The Bugdet Law for 2023 has introduced changes in the eligibility requirements for early retirement and in the rules about pension indexation. After having presented the conten of the new rules, this article criticizes the strategy followed by the Government, because of the temporary nature of all measures and, mostly, because these measures do not deal with the most serious limits of the Italian pension system
