Ministry of Culture: the two reforms
Abstract
The NPRR affects the whole institutional and administrative system, but the impact on MIc is particular for two reasons: because it has already been involved in reforms in recent years and because for its implementation cannot be used the usual tools. This aspect risks to increase divaricating dynamics within the ministerial apparatuses.
