Cultural Heritage, in particular that of religious importance, and Faro Convention
Abstract
The present article has the purpose to emphasize some of more relevant questions on the Religious Cultural Heritage refers to the Faro Convention. The core is the need for a methodological re-setting of the normative discipline to mark the transition from a "right of" cultural heritage to a "right to" cultural heritage, as a fundamental right.
