The evolution of law. On the Adunanza Plenaria nr. 5/2023 of the Italian State Council
Abstract
The article examines the contents and the arguments of a recent and important ruling by the Italian State Council regarding the protection of intangible cultural heritage. In particular, the State Council has declared the legitimacy of destination restrictions aimed at protecting the continuation of a well-known restaurant business in the center of Rome.
