A reflection on the impact of d.m. 161 of 2023 on Italian non-state museums
Abstract
A reflection on d.m. 161 of 2023 from the perspective of the responsibility of a local government museum manager, considering the regulations on concessions for the use of cultural property between the protection of the right "of" heritage and the principle of the right "to" heritage, and posing considerations on the organizational and managerial sphere of civic museums.
