The circulation of immovable cultural properties owned by public 20 years after the issuing of the Code of cultural heritage: lights and shadows
Abstract
This paper asks, twenty years after the enactment of the Code of Cultural Heritage, whether the rules on the circulation of publicly owned cultural goods have had the positive effect that the legislator hoped for and whether their application has highlighted critical issues on which intervene in anticipation of a possible future amendment to the Code.
