The prize for the discovery of cultural property
Abstract
The paper analyses - from two recent Council of State rulings - nature and implications of the legal institution of the ‘discovery award’, which is provided for by the Cultural Heritage and Landscape Code in the event that cultural heritage is found or accidentally discovered.
