Abstract

Museums' accessorial services encompass a wide range of activities offered to museums visitors, often supplied by private enterprises on behalf of museums themselves. The question of their arrangement and management has been debated at length as well as the legal nature of the relationship between museums and private enterprises. This essay analyses the most recent Italian Court of Cassation order on this issue.
