Abstract

The relationship between the Ministry for Cultural Heritage and Activities and the others institutional levels, such as regions first, relies on cooperation procedures not easy to be implemented. The same occurs to the relationships between Banking Foundations and the Ministry for Cultural Heritage and Activities (art. 121 cod.). Nevertheless, these relationships took shape once, at the beginning of 2010, when the Ministry, Tuscany and Emilia-Romagna Regions, Banking Foundations entered into an agreement about cultural heritage restoration. This agreement provides for a full sharing of all the most relevant choices. This essay wants to examine this experience.
