Abstract

In the paper it is argued that the argument between tangible and intangible cultural heritage, although there is an ontological difference, there is a lowest common denominator given by the intangible value of the same, which allows in some respects a unitary treatment (jurisdiction of the Ministry of Culture, industrial property rights, sponsorship)
