Abstract

The Author traces the history of the companies "in house providing" of Mibact, Ales s.p.a. and Arcus s.p.a., analyzing some of the reasons of their institution (firstly the need to consolidate the budget of the public partners and solve employment problems of the late '90) and of their decline.
