Abstract

The director of the magazine, for introducing the comments to the organizational reform of the Mibact published in the latest issue of the magazine, outlines the legislative and political context of the reform (the spending review policies; the more recent institutional reforms of the sector) and identifies the main problems (organizational, legal and cultural) of the italian model ministerial which the recent organizational reform tries to resolve.
