Sources of Law and Organisation of Government Departments
Abstract
The article discusses the Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers (DPCM) and the Ministerial Decree (MD) as sources of law in the organisation of ministries. In particular, the article examines the DPCM no. 171/2014 and the MD 23 January 2016 that have recently reorganised the Minister of Cultural Heritage and Tourism (Mibact).
