Ex post assessment of compatibility related to cultural property
Abstract
The article discusses the assessment of compatibility related to historical-artistic and landscape constraints carried out by the authority in charge of the protection of cultural heritage after building interventions (ex post assessment).The article examines the possibility and the effects of this evaluation on the administrative and criminal punishment foreseen for such abuses.
