Concession and project financing: The difficult balance between conservation, cultural valorization and economic valorization
Abstract
After some considerations on the concept of common goods, enjoyment and economic valorization of cultural heritage, the paper analyzes the concession for valorization and the project financing. The aim is to verify the compatibility between economic valorization and enjoyment of cultural heritage.
